Thank you for purchase and supporting our small business! If you are unhappy or not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your items. All returned items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition, perfume, makeup and smoke free, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name, order number and the item you would like to return, to initiate your return process. After Bliss Boutique has verified your return, place the item(s) and proof of purchase in its original packaging. At this time, the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
After the return has been received, please allow 24-48 hours for your store credit to be processed. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
